AST Scientific, LLC does not accept instruments for full refunds.
We honor our 90 day warranty policy with full support via e-mail or telephone. Should the problems still exist, we ask the customer to ship the instrument back to our facility at our expense for further examination and repair. Our technicians will then further troubleshoot the instrument until it is 100% operational. It will then be shipped back to our customer at our expense.
Our customers feel comfortable knowing that we go through great extent ensuring that they are satisfied with fully well functioning instruments.
