Installation & Training
Once you’ve purchased an instrument from AST Scientific, our job isn’t done. After the instrument is delivered, you need it to be functional fast. We provide technical support during installation for all our customers who choose to set up their own equipment. Our qualified technicians can provide installation services if necessary. Instrument operator training is also available, to help you start producing results as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Warranties & Support
We proudly stand by our equipment and services. All of our equipment comes with a standard 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Extended warranties (up to 3 years) are available. Support is available
